Ohdeedoh just posted a great roundup of their favorite 20 playhouses from the past.  They've got a great variety in types ranging from cardboard box playhouses to some pretty elaborate outdoor playhouses.  It's worth you time to check them all out!  The two pictured above are a couple of my favorite indoor examples.
