Kansas City Parade of Playhouses

The playhouse above was designed by Habitat's ReStore for the 2009 Parade of Playhouses. It has an interesting blend of styles...if I had to classify it, I would say it's a modern club house. The playhouse was constructed from salvaged materials as many club houses are, and has a very basic form. The curved roof along with the abstract use of materials and minimal detail makes this creation a modern day club house. Looks like it was as much fun to build as it will be to play in!
